Dear members:

Attached to this e-mail, please find the current bounty form that should be used when registering new Republican voters.  I know many of you have received this form before, however we still are getting some of the old forms submitted at headquarters. Please distribute this to your PC’s, volunteers, and activists. 

For proper bounty credit, please ensure that the name and address of the new registrant is printed clearly and legibly on this form.  If your voter registration form has an affidavit number, please make sure that number is included as well. As a matter of policy, we cannot process incomplete or illegible bounty forms.
